Trail Crew Works Diligently on Hoopers Gap Reroute

Throughout this summer and fall, major work has been done by the trail crew in Hoopers Gap. One of the ongoing missions of the SSTC is to reroute all sections of the trail off of roads to new, woodland paths. Hoopers Gap has been a model example of the hard work and scenic benefits that go along with this goal. For months, the trail crew has been working tirelessly to create a new, exciting trail of varied scenary and interesting rock work to replace the section that followed the game land road. Come join them as the continue to build the new trail section, or get out and hike the trail and share your thoughts with everyone.
