Hiking Series: Part 5 - Route 655 to bottom of Thousand Steps

This hike was just about 8 miles and went from Rt. 655 to the bottom of Thousand Steps. There is a steep climb to get near the top of the ridge and more climbing to reach the top. Also there are no water sources along the trail and the hike takes several hours. Hikers should bring water, snacks, and some may want to use hiking poles.
